All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any withdrawals already made. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Player Funds Protection: pkmega holds Player funds separately from operational funds as required under its international gaming licence. Your Balance is protected in the event of business insolvency and is not used for pkmega's operational expenses.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pkmega are subject to these general bonus terms, together with any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is specified in the promotion terms. pkmega calculates wagering requirements against the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Playing a game that carries a 0% contribution rate will not reduce your outstanding wagering requirement.
pkmega actively monitors Player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Where pkmega determines — in its reasonable opinion — that a Player is exploiting bonus terms, using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to guarantee withdrawal without genuine gaming activity, or otherwise misusing promotional offers, pkmega reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account concerned.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date from the point of crediting. Bonus Funds that are not wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All bets placed on pkmega are subject to the general betting rules set out herein, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkmega Platform. Engaging in any of the below activities will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

pkmega does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkmega makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pkmega's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
pkmega's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the pkmega Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
You consent to pkmega processing your personal data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services. pkmega will not sell your personal data to third parties. An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. pkmega may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, details of which are published on the Platform. Players are notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. The Balance of a dormant Account will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pkmega's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the pkmega Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under pkmega's licensing framework.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pkmega's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pkmega commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
